Default twill stitch pro

I trying to figure out how to use twill stitch pro from imprintables. The main problem is the inside of numbers the stitches are backwards. I have tried to get answers to my problems from imprintables but no one will call me back.

Thanks again for all the help, the people on this site are the best

Rob

Can you post a picture to show what you mean? It's not clear to me what you are saying is the problem. I have TSP and use it frequently so I'm curious what the issue is you are having...

If you watch when you are converting a letter that has a middle, the inset is to the outside of the twill. I have to ungroup the word, highlight the middle of the, lets say an O, change the inset to 20 instead of the default 80. then it covers the inside of the twill, but when I regroup or combine it goes back to the inset of 80.
I hope this makes sense. If I don't regroup or combine then it is ok, except when sewing out it is way out of sequence.
