Default Artwork conversion

I've got a CD here of clipart for embroidery but the files are .pes mostly and my embroidery machine doesn't handle those files

Anyone able to tell me how to convert the files for use on a SWF machine?

Home - Pulse Microsystems Embroidery Software
Download the free Ambassador program.
You can open .pes files and then you can save it as the file type you need.
