Default Backing for Flexfit caps?

Hi,

What backing material have others used for Flexfit jersey caps out there? Also what point needle are you using. We have a job coming up and trying to play with all the right settings.

Thanks,
Howie

I use 70/10 needles ....and no backing...the buckrham in the flexfit caps is awesome....I'll throw 20k-30k stitches on one with no issues.

Ronnie,

Thanks for the quick answer especially on a Sunday!. I guess you get what you pay for regarding the quality of the Flexfit caps to generics.

Flexi's are no different than any other hat. The only thing to remember when doing anything that flexes is to stretch it to the shape it will be worn at and then sew. I've done hundreds and have never had a problem.
