Default Isa cord white thread

I just ordered my first order with Amman and got a few spools of Isacord embroidery thread in; the white thread isn't shiny- is this normal?

Isacord is a polyester thread. It is not as shiny as rayon thread.
Great thread. I love it.

Isacord is definitely duller than other polyester thread brands. ARC poly has a nice sheen though.

I agree ARC poly has a nice sheen and I really liked that just didn't like the breaking though.

I don't have a breaking problem. Guess your machine just doesn't like ARC thread.

You are so right about a machine not liking a brand of thread.
I love the colors of Robison-Anton thread but my Barudan single-head does not like the thread at all.
My Bernina sewing machine is also very particular about the thread it likes.
