Default Needed:Vintage Patches

Can anyone direct me to an embroidery company that can embroider a patch of my company logo that I can heat press onto a cap. I need the patch to have the torn and tattered look along the edge. I can't find anyone who does this. If anyone can help it would be greatly appriciated.

Any of your local shops should be able to do this. They just embroider a patch(with a smaller than normal satin edge) on fabric and cut about 1/4" around it letting the fabric fray. I do this a lot for biker jacketbacks. It can be attached by sewing or a double sided iron on adhesive. It's actually easier than making a "clean around the edge" patch.
