Default Has Anyone Used Stahls Sim Stitch

I was just curious if anyone has used this, or a similar product? If so how does it last and does it really look like it was sewn on?

I ordered letters as a sample and did a sweatshirt with "AKRON" arched across the front.

Overall, I like the quality and price point and would rate the final product a 7.5/10 as compared to an actual stitched sweatshirt you would find in a college bookstore. My fiance loved the sweatshirt and wants one for her.

Pros: Cost, speed of production, long-lasting.

Mild Cons: Slight glue residue left around the outside of the letters, similar look to embroidery BUT not quite.

My suggestion...do the same, order in your city name, put it on a sweatshirt and see what you think.

Thanks so much for your help. I think I would consider it for pre-made items I take to events to sell but not for custom items unless the customer sees a sample first. I appreciate the feedback.
