anyone help? i need to embroider a bus name on the back of a shirt with a pleat down the middle of the shirt. the design is 2 lines of text. the letters of the 2 lines don't line up on the pleat. if i space the words out, so it fits around the pleat, the design looks bad. anyone have any ideas or help?

If you absolutely must embroider over the pleat, the best suggestion I have is to make sure the pleat is closed after you hoop it and sew over it that way.

That won't look ideal either, but it's the best of a bad situation.

It's best to sew above the pleat, between the shoulders.
