What's expensive? When you say overseas, do you mean Asia? Embroidering a logo on caps should not be expensive, even if done locally. Have you check around where you live?

hej Joe.

I live in Denmark and the prices are very expensive. When I talk overseas, I just mean anywhere else than in Denmark. The quantanty that I plan to order isnt that big in numbers as I plan them for resale. The logo is mabey difficult to make, that might be the reason for high prices.

We use overseas cap embroidery quite a lot. It offers our customers the ability to get caps with embroidery in many different locations on the cap, high qualtity embroidery, and pricing that cannot be beat doing it here in our shop. Down side is that it takes a longer turnaround, usually 60 to 90 days, and most have minimum quantity orders.
The best place to start is with the cap wholesalers themselves (Otto Caps, KC Caps, Falcon Headear to name a few). All have their own overseas cap companies they use.

Einar,

What quantity of hats are you looking at doing? and what prices are you currently getting for "overseas" production?
