Default Backing showing through design

I am new to embroidery, and doing a detailed logo. The backing continues to show through the design and looks thin. Anyone with help please.

Is the backing showing through or is it the bobbin pulling through or can you just see the outline of the backing through the article being embroidered.

If it is the bobbin pulling through then your tension is incorrect. Usually the culprit is buildup under the tension spring outside the bobbin case. You will have to clean out from under that.

If it is that you can see the outline of the backing through the shirt, then RNK (the link was given above) has a great no show diamond mesh. You can't see it even through white t-shirts.

Give me more info and I will offer more advice. Heck, I won't even charge you for it.

I suggest using a thin mesh stabilizer, this will stop your problem. ..... JB

JB, that is what I use 99% of the time. You can't even see it through white T-shirts and that is a true test.
