Can anyone tell me the placement of an embroidered design on the bottom left of mesh basketball shorts?
I know that it's not centered on the leg, but it's over more. Typically, how many inches do I measure out from the seam? Also, what kind of backing would you use for that so it doesn't show through but give good stability? Many thanks for your responses.

If you lay the shorts down flat on it's side, it's half way between the front crease and side seam. I usually place the design 1/2 inch or so above the bottom hem sew line.

If you are using see through mesh, I would use a tear away.
