Unhappy What type of embroidery is this? Crewel Work, Raised, Hand?

I'm looking for someone, hopefully manufacturer, that can reproduce work this quality. i also don't know exactly what type of embroidery is this. i think it might be a hand embroidery called crewel work. is this right? and does anybody know where i can get this done. thank you all in advance.

Yes, it looks like hand embroidery. The design could be digitized in such a way to produce a similar look on machine emrbodiery though.

Ya, use machine embroidery will be produced same effect and save money. as we known, hand-made costs more.
