Default Do you use any of these e-commerce sites?

If so, what pros and cons have you found with them? I checked out BigCartel today and even set up a site, and I was not impressed at all.

Big Cartel Bringing the Art to the Cart * (free - $)

http://www.buyitsellit.com/**** (free - $)

http://www.shopit.com***** (free - $)

Shopping Cart Software by Volusion Ecommerce Solutions (19.95 / month)

Shopify — Hosted e-commerce with style, in less than 2 minutes ($299 / month)

indiemerchandising.com (I can't even figure out what the heck they do!)

Shopping Cart Software - eCommerce Solutions - Ecommerce Software by InstanteStore ($49.97 / month)

DecoNetwork and Marks Shirt Specialists: the premier solution for merchandise and apparel printers looking to get online $2,000

Your pricing analysis is very misleading. If you are going to show bigcartel as a free site, then you should also show Shopify as one.

Deco's fee is annual. Everyone else you showed their monthly cost.

Deco network is piki. If you search the threads for has any one used piki yet there is a fairly long thread on them.

I think bigcartel is great. I just designed a site for rocket merch with bigcartel and have a lot of work in my link website.

Rocket Merchandise — Home

We just launched our new funny tee website gafy.com yesterday. Check it out. We use Zen Cart. It is totally free, and the support community is exceptional.

Pretty cool. I use Zencart also. Are you using any mods? I would like to know how you have some of your options set because I like some parts of your layout. I am pretty new to Zencart.

Clearly there are mods, but the basic functionality is mostly untouched. CSS goes a long way, and I made my share of mods to the template folder.

It's pretty easy to experiment. Just make sure you back up and use the override features.

In any case, you can see from the site that it can be done.

Best wishes.
