Hi,
I have a website which is selling well considering the ongoing updates and so on. I tend to get allot of failed transactions/sales. I know that people can change their mind in the last few seconds but everytime i see that happening I check my iframe and 8/10 i find that the software has a problem Either it doenst load, loads but doesnt function or loads and functions but errors turn up when it comes to paypal at the checkout stage. Its not paypal that is the problem, its allways my iframe.
This iframe is hosted by RSK Tech, which were nominated best T-shirt iFrame provider for 2008. I cant see how!! The software is goodlooking and easy to navigate and use but very very unstable. I am forever emailing failed sales (captures details after clicking on checkout) to try and rescue the sales. Luckily most people respond and pay by e-invoice. However, this is really frustrating me and getting me tired as I am forever checking the iframe and forever testing it for errors.
I am totally exhausted about all this and decided that its time to find another iframe software provider. Does anyone know of a good provider? One that is stable at least 90% of the time, one that can accept paypal and hopefully debit cards, also the admin/back end must be stable too as self deleting images do not help much.
