I do not know how long you have been in business but websites don't usually take off over night. It takes time and marketing, plus you must have something a buyer is interested in. A lot of unknowns factors into this.
For example, what demographic are your designs geared towards, are the designs marketable, is your website user friendly, other than a website what other advertising are you using, are the products priced in range with similar designs.
These are just a few questions I would ask myself.
For one I do not rely solely on my online presence alone as I also market to businesses, church's, and anyone else that may be interested.
And one thing I had to get away from was watching the counter. My concerns is on the actual sales. If the merchandise is not selling when I have a good design then I rethink my marketing plan first. How to get my name out to the public so to speak.
You probably need 100 visitors to make a sale and people tend to buy from a site after seeing the name four times...or so I've heard, but you need a lot of visitors before one bites.
Do you have way of looking at whether they are going into your site or at the Home Page? Reason I ask is it could be crawlers which usually just hit your home page.

This tends to be around what I get. Targeting your consumer will increase your conversion.
I also use Google Analytics. I've used Stat Counter but Google Analytics gives you a lot more information. The engines don't like hidden code so I'd rather have google code than Stat Counter code on my pages. The spiders will crawl all pages that have links (entrances).
If you don't think you have a high enough clicks to sale rate then possibly your pages aren't optimized for the right type of buyer. Although many clicks won't result in a sale each click does help you maintain a placement in the search engine ranks. Few clicks may result in a poorer placement but if those few clicks get you the sales you want then that's fine.
