Which hosting service has tools that allow you to build a complete functional website? Can I do this with godaddy.com?

By a "complete functional website" do you mean e-commerce? if so, I am using lunarpages with good results.

Thanks for your reply!

Yes I mean e-commerce. I'd like to build a site and then link it up to a cafepress store.

I'll check out lunarpages. Do you know if godaddy.com can do this?

Thanks again.

Are you doing the business hosting (21.95/mo) at lunarpages? Thanks!

HOLY COW!!! $21.90 a MONTH?? thats insane!!! i use hostmonster for $5.95 a month and they also give you one click installs of all sorts of shopping carts. They dont actually support the carts, you have to go to the maker of that cart and ask questions on their forums, but those are VERY busy forums with good people there helping.. But that seems like a boat load of money when you can get a cart for free and GOOD hosting for 6 bucks

I hate GoDaddy, some people love GoDaddy.. the issue with GoDaddy is that they are money mongerers.. usually, when you call with a question, instead of REALLY helping, they spend 80% of their time on the phone with you trying to UPSELL.. i was even lied to when asking a question saying i was REQUIRED to keep a feature when i didnt need to.

You can do e-commerce with ANY host that offers PHP and MYSQL capabilities.. having SIMPLE SCRIPTS on there is also great because its one click installs of lots of awesome things like zen cart, oscommerce, wordpress, and even host your own forum

I don't use the business package.

I have the least expensive plan. I don't even remember how much I paid for it. I paid in advanced for 5 years, I think.

Now if you only want to use cafepress, you don't need any hosting service.
Just register a domain name, and redirect it to your shop at cafepress.
