Has anyone here ever used 2CheckOut.com? I need someone to accept payment with VISA for me, then when I receive the order I package everything up and send the items by post. I think I will go with 2CO.com since I can't use PayPal. What I'd like to know is:

Has anyone here ever worked with them?
How do you work out the shipping expenses when the customer checks out? (I have no idea where to start with this. OK, I'd go to my post service and check shipping costs, but how do I define them and where so that the customer is charged?)

I think I've setup 2checkout for a client. There is an option somewhere on thier site where you define shipping charges.
