Default Legal language for accepting user uploaded graphics

Has anyone crafted a legal statement for users uploading their own graphics to print custom tee's?

We're planning on allowing customers to print shirts using their own graphic files with no touch ups or support. Just upload, position on virtual garment and we print based on the work order submitted through the website.

If we have write a release that requires the user to indicate they have permission to use all graphics by using a checkbox, will that suffice?

I don't understand if they send you the file to print, why would you need a release? They sent you the file and ask you to print it. If you want to sell to someone else in my mind that's not cool.

As I understand it Just putt in your terms and use statement that you are not responsible for third party content and that you assume that they have the right to use the image. This way the legal responsibility falls to them all you are doing is providing the printing service. This does not give you the right to resell their graphic/design though. If that is what you are looking to do then Buy rights from people do not steal them. Artists and designers put a lot of time and love into their work and this should always be respected.
