I don't mean to sound rude, or abrasive, but did you bother to check the cubecart site.

They list how much the install is.

If you get it done by the official cubecart people, it's $59.95

You may be able to get it done cheaper by looking around at the unofficial cubecart forums at CubeCart Supporting Products and Services

On many web hosts you can install it free with a couple of clicks from the cpanel control panel.

A freelancer would probably do it from anywhere from $5 to $50.
