I recently have read some posts about Shopify and think it could suit my needs. My question is, is it easy to customize the templates that they have available? I have zero (really, I mean zero) knowledge of HTML or CSS or any of that stuff. Can someone customize a decent looking site without that knowledge or experience. Thanks for any input you might have.

I think you need CSS/HTML experience to customize shopify. If you don't have that experience, you can always hire a freelancer to do it for you.
