Just got an email from a friend about this little Paypal Glitch.
I tried it and yes, my friend is right.
Here it is:
In the paypal credit cards payment page, if you are a merchant in Canada for example, on that credit card info input form the first selection a buyer needs to choose is the COUNTRY. So if the buyer is in the USA he/she will choose USA for the country.
Here is the problem.
After the buyer choose USA for the Country, that page does not CHANGE to the USA page and with its input options. It still gives you Province options for CANADA and NOT with States for the USA, so the buyer is not able to complete the CREDIT CARD form and PAY.
Man, I hope they fix this with x-mas and all.
You can get it to CHANGE to the USA page with the proper States etc. but one needs to click the REFRESH button on the browser.
I hope PAYPAL fixes this before i finish posting this...or like really soon after.
