looks like you just add the necessary HTML and paypal links to the "About Me" customization area of myspace.
To make it look more customized, you could use one of the many tutorials on the web on customizing a myspace page.
I was just messing around with a myspace page yesterday and I found this great tutorial that gives you a nice blank slate to work with. If you know HTML, it's all cake from there: Part 1: MySpace DIV overlay [The base]
Did you read the tutorial? It explains how to do it step by step
Dreamweaver is just one way to make HTML. So if that's your tool for making the HTML, then that's fine You just take the HTML from dreamweaver and put it in the appropriate spot in the tutorial
FWIW -- The MySpace TOS forbids links to commercial sites though they are not exactly real big at enforcing it.... that said... kinda stinks to spend a grip of time customizing the hell out of your MySpace page only to have it disappear one day when you log in.....
Make sure to back up any code you drop onto the page so you can re-create if you run afoul of the MySpace censors....
