Sliceing an Image in Corel Paint

Default Sliceing an Image in Corel Paint

I am trying to slice my layout, but when its in preview the image is all over the place on the web-preview, what is causing the image to jump all over the place? iam just laing out basic slice lines

I didn't know you could slice website templates in corel paint. Have you tried using a different tool like Photoshop?
