I was in your shoes a couple of weeks ago. I decided with zen-cart. After you get familiar with the template system you can make you site look like anything. The zen-cart forum is very helpful.

just wondering... how do u install these??? did the host already include it for u or did u upload it? what do u all think about oscommerce?? it seems like the biggest one internationally with 'huge' community, im deciding on 1 also like both... what about cubecart is it even free??

You just follow the instructions to install or use a host that has an easy install option through their control panel (cpanel)
