There are all kinds of tips posted in this forum. You can learn how to start selling on the internet, how to build a website, marketing tips and more. It just takes a bit of searching:

I don't know anything about your company, so I really couldn't tell you
You could search the forums for ebay and read some of the feedback and experiences with ebay, then check ebay and see what their fees are and then decide whether or not it would be a good fit for your business purposes.
