punkapalooza

hi, i have set up my cart through mal's e-commerce, but i am having trouble with their discount codes.
i followed the steps on their site but they seemed a bit vague. i then went and tested out the discount code. the cart worked fine but the code didn't work so no discount was registered.
was hoping someone could help me get it right. thanks

Have you checked their support forums to see if any other of their users might have an answer?
