Default Newbie looking for site/design advice

Hi All!

I posted in the newbie forum and would like to post here also. I have an online tshirt company that needs some sprucing up. Looking for some advise, good and bad, on where to begin.

1-i think you need to spice up the home page design.
2-the home page link is invisible (usually there is a company logo which is the home page link as well )
at least you should put your home page tab on the left side of page where everybody are usually looking for it.
3- you should spice up your home page, you can put your phone number on top with a representative photo etc.
4- the text in the categories page (at the side) looks very mushy, you would need to change the text style, and maybe bold it.

otherwise, your site has good potentials cause it has easy navigation, so put some effort in your site.
