Default Ricoh GX7000 for Mac

Hi everyone,

I'm very close to purchasing the GX7000 to replace my Epson 1400 which is about to drop from a tall height to final unclogg the printhead! I'm on a Mac and it would be great to know if anyone else has the same set-up and is using it without problems. I print out from Photoshop, Illustrator or PDF and have had colour issues before. Thanks for any advice.

You should get it through Conde.com, talk to Michele.

I say conde only because Dave(owner) is super helpful about it and they simply rock. They got me the color profile and everything I needed to produce very realistic and close to perfect color correction.

I use a MAC and have no problems. Had to replace the Epson 1280. Conde was the only supplier that understood what I needed and were able to provide the MAC profiles. They walked me through step by step setting up to print. When I had a problem, the president David Gross, spoke with me directly and solved it - turned out to be a minor step that hadn't been done.

I only use Photoshop and so far, no color issues.

Don't know if they would be able to help you as your located in the UK, but you may be able to email them for assistance.
