Never sublimated t shirts before but just starting to get into it. I got a DK20 heat press. I will be making t shirts. Is it a teflon pad that makes the shirt slide easier onto the press? I got the foam kit from vapor apparel, is there any other add ons for the press that I need?

Cover the press w/ plain white paper before putting shirt on. If you don't, there could be ink on the press that you can't see and it will sublimate to the shirt.

yeah, I made that mistake and was pressing both sides of a shirt and didn't put down a teflon sheet. The ink got onto the bottom pad and it took me over 20 presses to get it to go away. Not fun!

So, make sure you put something down if you are going to press both sides of a shirt.

I seem to always learn the hard way....lol!
