hello i am new to this and i am having problums with my epson d120,i brought it with the ciss i installed the printer and the ciss yesterday and put the ink in the ciss with a syringe but when i go to print the printer dont recognise that there is ink all i get is the printer box come up n it shows the ink levels as blank .have i done somthing worng? or any tips you could give me? any help would be much appreciated.thankyou

Take out the ink system and reseat it. If the red light stays on, turn the printer off and back on. If the red light stays on, remove the CIS and install the Epson carts. If the printer recognizes and prints a perfect nozzle check. Clean the computer chips on the 120 CIS and reinstall. If red light continues to stay on with CIS installed, contact your vendor.

If the red light stays on with the Epson carts in then printer, you have a printer issue.

hello mate thankyou for the reply i will try that ,also i only filled the ciss with 10ml ink is that ok or would it need to be more full for the firstime? thankyou again
