Default Tee shirt sublimation tips needed

I am a little new to sublimation and have an order for 15 shirts. I am using a white polyester shirt that is textured slightly but kind of thin. The first one that I did came out ok, but when I re-used the teflon pillow to do the other side, apparently the ink was still on it a little and it ended up transferring the back image onto the front of the garment. I also seem to be getting the paper marks around the edges. I have the vapor foam, but it doesn't seem to be helping that much. I have read the instructions from Conde, but I figure someone out here has to have a proven way of doing these that they can share. Should I use a paper towel in between the layers on top of the teflon pillow? I am currently using an air press heat press on super light pressure and heating about 390 for 45 seconds. Any and all advice is appreciated.

You should be using a blowout sheet between the shirt and the pillow and another one on top of the transfer to keep ink off your press. As for the paper outline try to lighten up on the pressure even more.
