Default Burnout Shirts - How They Are Made?

We tested our first "burnout" shirt and it actually printed decently although it was a 50/50 blend. Does anyone know hlow they are maed meaning is the bulk fabric put through the process first then manufactured through the process or are the shirts made first then go through the chenical process? These are popular shirts and we are in hopes of finding bulk fabric so we can do full coverage cut and sew apparel.

Thx

No scorching - we pressed for 50 sec at about 390. We have yet to find the perfect bulk fabric as some fabric is more "burned out" then others.
