i have a sublimation printer and when i print out the logo on paper to put on a mug after i press it on and cool down the mug i take the paper off and the logo is yellow rather than the color it should be how do i fix this?

thanks for answering it should be bergandy but i found out the ink i put in was not sublimation ink now i am trying to figure out how to flush all the regular ink out i am trying it as we speak so feel free to reply any thing will help thank you
