Hi,
I bought a color dogtag system and put it to the test last night. The system comes with epson c88, textprint xp paper, heat press and dogtags. The problem I have is with the colors, not enough saturation and the black is very bad and if you look closely you'll see a lil bit of red and other tints in the blacks; my printing settings are glossy paper, best photo. Has anyone encountered this kind of problems and what are the solutions.

I have not had that problem but do you have the profiles installed?

thanks for answering martin. what profile? i only install drivers for the printer. where can i get that profile? for printer or paper? thanks
