Default Transfer paper shadow on mugs

I just strarted printing mugs using the Geo Knight mug press and Ricoh printer. The first 34 mugs turned out great, other than a couple mistakes. Now, when I print on them, I'm getting a light shadow that shows exactly where the transfer paper was. I'm not doing anything differently. I'm using the same mugs and the same transfer paper and same process.

Any ideas?

Never mind. Conde nor Coastal could come up with an explanation, so I called an acquaintance in the business and he knew what the problem was immediately.

The problem was in my software. My whites weren't actually true whites. They were about 3% off on each color. Once I made sure they were 100% white, the problem went away.

Coastal wasn't much help because I wasn't using their mugs and Conde insisted I needed to try their transfer paper. All this after I explained to them that nothing in the process had changed.
