I really want to love this printer, but if it's not one thing it's another. Conde has been really helpful at least, but I still have questions. I have an e-mail out to support but I thought I would ask here anyways.
In Corel Draw under Color Management what is selected under the printer? and is CMYK or RGB selected at the bottom?
You also need to check what color pallete you are using in Corel. If you import a file using CMYK colors it will provide a very different look the an RGB file. colors tend to be very muted on CMYK files. Blacks will be grey, etc.

I was always told to use cmyk when printing my heat transfers is that not correct and should I be using the rgb instead?
to get true black you should use colorsure pallette...I think that is the name..conde told me and it worked...can't check my settings now as I am in Italy for another week..haha.eat your heart out..having great time
