Default Gx7000

Looking for someone who runs the DyeTrans GX 7000.

Basically looking for pros and cons of the machine and if their are any issues that may need to be addressed of if your happy with its operation.

We currently run the R1400 and are looking to invest in an upgraded and a higher volume machine.

Thanks in advance.

-Mike

I switched from a 1400 w/CIS to a GX7000 about 6 months ago and have not regretted it. It is faster, quieter and has been problem free. so far no cons on this one. One pro for me is that it uses sublijet rather than artainium. Sublijet is much easier to set up and the power diver IQ works flawlessly..I was just fed up with epson clog issues always at the wrong time! I know several like the 1400 and while it worked well most of the time, I did have more head cleaning than I liked..and yes I used it almost every day

Thanks for the information. Just basically browsing around today getting as much info as I can from guys out there running the machine. We do runs of 500-1000 sublimated plaques, and a ton of ceramic mugs so we are looking for something faster and more efficient.

Thumbs up Re: Gx7000

I have had Mine for about 8 weeks bought it from Conde, the only con was getting the power driver software going. I did about 50 poly tees yesterday for a car show that I make all the shirts for works flawlessly and you only have 4 colors to keep up with. Can't say enough about how well the unit is made and how it works.

Thanks guys its very much appreciated!

Not sure if we are going to purchase the 13x19 tray for expanded print sizes, maybe we'll buy that when the time is right (or when an order dictates to us to purchase it.

Thanks again.
