Default Ink not pumping through

Hi guys, been having some problems with my printer (4880) the last couple of days.

I have one color that seemed to have a problem being pumped through the lines. Each time I do a nozzle check it seemed ok, then suddenly disappears, then comes back again. I got it to work after a couple of nozzle checks, I did several prints, until it just vanishes again. The only time I can get it back is when I start a cleaning process, not power clean.

Can't seem to figure out what's wrong with this. I've tried everything the forum has, soaking to flushing. Now it just won't pump the ink anymore, its got all the other inks working fine. When I did a power clean all lines are ok, good solid movement, but for this one line, there's no movement at all.

Should I soak the head a further 18hours? Not sure what to do next? Any thoughts on this?
