Default filling d120 ciss

I just received the CISS for my Epson D120.
I have never used a CISS before and I'm not sure how to set it up rightly.

Here are pictures of my CISS: CISS setup

I have watched youtube videos about filling CISS and searched for more information. This is how I think it should go:
  1. Fill the tanks with ink
  2. Use the syringe to suck the ink to the cartridges
  3. Plug the cartridges
  4. Plug the tanks
  5. When the CIS is connected with printer put the air filters on tanks
Am I right or have I misunderstand something? What else should I keep in mind?

I would be very thankful when someone could correct or add something to my steps above.

Thank you very much.

One more question.
D120 uses two black inks. To I have to fill both of them or can I just use one? Or is using two blacks better with sublimation?

What to you think?

The C120 uses the black carts one at a time. It alternates on each print.
First print would use #1 position and the next print would use #2 position.
I don't know if the D120 is the same but I would think so.
I think that if one of the blacks was empty then you would get air in the head and that would make anything you did a mess.
