Default Epson R1800

Whats everyones thoughts on the 1800? I have one lying around, not sure I should sell it or keep it.

I guess it all depends on

1) Do you use it?

2) Do you plan on using it in the future?

If the answer to either of those is no, my suggestion would be to sell it *shrug*

Sorry,lol. I mean as far as Dye Sublimation goes, is that a good printer to start off with?

Unless you need the wider space that the 1800 offers, I'd say see about getting one of the smaller cheaper Epsons. I use a C88 for dye sub and it works great, the printer didn't cost much, it also only had 4 inks to it, but the color output is great. I also own an 1800, I use it to print wedding invitations which are always a strange beast, some of them are as small as 4"x8", some are 12"x16", etc, I just got done ordering some ink for it and it's always frustrating having to replace 8 cartridges (especially since I most commonly only use one, but the others get drained during head cleanins).
