Default ICC profile causing image to be red

Hello all,
I'm having an issue with my images turning more red after the ICC profile is applied to the image. I installed the proper profile for my printer, set up corel x3 as per instructions. Any help would be great.

my printer is an epson c120, Artanium sub ink, trupix release paper, printa mug press set at 400 degrees's, pressed for 5 mins.

Kenny

ICC profiles are ink/substrate/process specific.
If you are getting a red hue:
The profile isn't suitable, or
You have a blocked cyan nozzle, please check.

the nozzles are good, just did a nozzle check. So the ICC profile does not have to be applied to all photo's or pictures?

Thaks for the quick reply.

It's the wrong profile for that ink/mug/process.
You may find that 5 mins is way too long? It could be degrading some of the inks?
Try some different temperatures, maybe your thermometer is reading wrongly? Inks may sublimate at different temperatures, try higher & lower.
Try a different mug - then get a new profile.
