This is my first time posting so bear with me

.
I have an Epson SP1400 hooked up to a bigfoot continuous ink system with Artanium ink. It has been working great, except when we had a lot of snow and ice and I couldn't get to the printer to make sure I printed something every day or so. It probably got below freezing at least once in the building, I think the heat was off.
I always leave the printer plugged in, and it usually does a cleaning cycle every once in a while that seems to help the print, but this time when I came in, I went to print something and it said that I needed to replace the yellow and light cyan cartridges. I took a look and the ink had run back up the line. I tried re-pressurizing and it didn't work. Then ended up empting all the cartridges and starting over with filling and setting up the system.
When I finally got the ink back into the cartridges and what seemed to be a pressurized system, we put the cartridges back in. At first it had an x over every cartridge saying they all needed to be replaced then it went back to just the yellow and light cyan. I checked to make sure ink would come out of the print head on the cartridge and it did just fine. I also reset the cartridges and the printer went through its process then again said bad yellow and light cyan. I can see they are both full of ink. Does anyone have any ideas?
Should I just replace those two cartridges?
Thanks!
Jim
