Default please help, photos are blueish

Trying to print mugs and the photo has a blue tint to it, not sure why, the nozzle check comes out fine, the black wording comes out fine but the image itself is way off.

I am going to upload a photo so you can see what I am talking about

I use a c88 and I have the icc profile on,
artanium inks, just went from the easy flow system to the refillable cartridges because the valves kept breaking (don't ask me how)

Thanks

forgot to mention, one on bottom is the way it should look, the photos are not great in this attachment but look fine on the computer, it is just a scan so you can see the huge difference in colors.

Thanks

Profiles are specific - specific to inks, substrates, temperatures, operator.
Input profiles are crucial.
My CMYK are different to your CMYK, so if you quote a cyan % to me, it isn't definitive. If your input profile is wrong then your colours will be wrong.
What programme are you printing from, what are your colour settings, input & output, are you using the mugs that the profile was designed for....?

Thanks everyone
I talked to conde again and they said my driver was wrong for the vista computer, so we will see. I finally got it to download the xp driver last night but didn't print because it was too late and needed to get home, today we have ice on the roads so I am waiting to see if they are going to be okay to drive on later.

I have printed many mugs with this printer c88 and corel 12 but when I set up the shop I must not have done any from the vista desktop computer. I really can't remember if I have printed from this one or not so I am hoping when I go in since I have downloaded the new driver it will work. David said that the icc profile would not work if the correct driver was not put in and he said it does not work with vista so I have my fingers crossed.
I will let you know what happens when I get to the shop. I could do without this winter ice for sure.

all i have to say is FREAKING VISTA!! I hate my vista computer here at work. Its only 9months old and EVERYTHING on it gives me a headache.. I was able to sucessfully set up a virual server with phpadmin and Mysql databases and figure out how to run a website from my own machine, but with a stupid vista computer, i cant even seem to be able to network them

Good luck!!!!
