Default Sample I printed from vendor. Any opinion appreciated.

Hi everybody. Here is my sample.

I`d like to have any opinion about design or print.

Company is NODBOD

It`s my design with tv show 24 theme

I made it with photoshop. It was 30"x30" - 350 dpi

Since the designer software in the website couldn`t handle such a big jpeg file, I resized it down to 9"x7" - 350 dpi

I can`t take picture somebody wearing because it`s XL and I am an XXL man

It`s way pricey for one t-shirt. $38 but I wanted to see the quality of their job.

Price includes double sided (front and back) all over full color print, I used only front

I didn`t realize from the site that t-shirt`s are 100% polyester. So it feels not t-shirt, it feels sport uniform

They have 3 cracked areas. You can see form the pictures.

See my reply to your other post (DTG Examples Please) as to why I think you got a sublimation transfer and not a dtg print.

Dye sub is still a good transfer process for polyester. It has its benefits such as no feeling of ink, vibrant color, and it washes well. The main problem seems to be the white areas. We were doing oversized (not all over) DTG prints that went onto the sleeves and we had a heck of a time with wrinkles in the same areas when pressing. They would almost need to have a partially disassembled shirt with open side seams and underarm seams so they could lay the parts flat to press it and then sew them up.

Definately has to be dye sub, as you cannot print on to 100% poly with a dtg.

I would also like to make a comment to your print, I would be very careful of that image, since the show 24 I am pretty sure is trademarked. You will be very likely to have legal problems printing that. As you can see here http://foxshop.seenon.com/?v=foxshop...24Show2_111607, they do have an official website where they sell their own licensed merchandise.
