Default Blotchy Print

Hi Guys.. Been reading the forum for a couple of weeks now and I must say that I've learned a lot, thanks to all of you. I've got two problems facing my printer now and would love all the help I can get.

1) I just purchased an EPSON 4880 printer locally (philippines) and picked up some sublimation ink, 220ml cartridges and a chip resetter, from China. The prints are fine and the transfers are great, but the colors don't match 100% actual and i'm wondering where I can get a good ICC profile? The supplier has given me an ICC profile intended for the 9000 series printer but the colors come out way off... i'm now using Euroscale Uncoated v.2 it looks good but I think it could be better. Any ideas on what I can do for the profile? Btw i've turned off the color management in X4.

2) After sometime of printing am almost 3/4 of the way on the inks.. its now starting to print darker colors with white spots, loos blotchy and when sublimated it looks faded. I've done the powerclean and the nozzle check a few times but nothing changes, do you think I should have the print head cleaned? its just a brand new printer about 3months old. These are my print settings, maybe i'm doing something wrong?
Print Settings:
Profile = Euroscale Uncoated V.2
Paper = Premium Glossy Photopaper (170)
Quality = 1440x720, Edge Smoothing, Fine Details.

Would appreciate all the help I can get. Thanks.

A good profile won't solve blotchy prints, stop using cheap ink that isn't suitable for the 4880.
