I just finished a sublimation order of long and short sleeve youth and adult tees from SolarShield. I was a bit leary because they are a lighter weight than Vapor. I had to go with them because Vapor does not make a long sleeve youth.

I am so glad I was forced to try this brand. My customer loved the shirts and I saved about $2.00 on every long sleeve and $1.00 on the short sleeve.

Now I am on a quest to find other companies that make 100% poly sweatsirts and other apparel.
Specially since my last order I placed with Cond'e they had a shortage of hoodies all ready.

Any leads??????????

A nice athletic type shirt that is very economically priced is the Zorrel Z1050. White runs about $4.50. I believe they also have a ladies version as well.

The issue we faced is not only cost but more important the weight/sheerness of the fabrics used in performance apparel. Much of the performance apparel shirts use very sheer fabric especially white. I would always request a sample shirt before you buy any quantity. If a shirt is to sheer to sell for your intended purpose the price really does not matter.

I totally agree with that, with SolarShield I ordered 2 youth and 2 adult to sample them. Like I said I really wasn't expecting to like the lighter weight but they are quite nice. I have my hole family wearing them and I highly recommend them.

I get my Soloarshield from Rivers End Trading. I have only ordered from them twice but both times I had smooth transactions. They sent me free catalogs when I first registered and then sent me another set when I placed an order with them. They also have a seperate price. One big plus with Rivers End over the sublimation sites is that you can send your customers to thier site and view the sublimatable items without them knowing the cost of every single item you are making for them. That's my biggest problem with sublimation. You can't really send your clients to browse any of the sublimation sites because they are all set up different than all the other promotional outfits.
