Is anyone else having problems sublimating on the new 24month old vapor tees? Out of six of the shirts only one actually worked. Its almost as if they are not 100% Poly. The tag says they are but the print is really faint. Since I already ruined several I tried printing on the backs and increased the time to 75 seconds and it still doesn't do the trick. This week I have made about 60 prints on other Vapor shirts of all sizes and every one has come out perfect except for the 24mo.

What's up with these things?

check your press temp it may not be hot enough we had a press that the heated up and said 400 but was only at 325 and that will do the same thing that you are talking about.

I tested it with a pyrometer and it is dead on. Also, this happened wile doing a 36 pc order. every other print came out. I tried these things at three different times during the job and same result every time. I have 6 more coming from Cond'e later this week but I am reluctant to try them and be out over 30 bucks plus time and supplies.

Do you have a Hybrid with Chromablast? It sounds like every other print it printing with the Chromablast side of the printer and that is why it will not sublimate. With the Sublijet driver that can happen if you have the "Dual CMYK" box checked on the Powerdriver. On the 4880 and the 4800 it is not a true Dual CMYK. It alternates between the two side for each print job. This sounds like what your printer is doing.
