Default Epson 4000 Problem

Hi

Just got running with artainium on a 4000 but having problems setting up.
we are printing out of photoshop cs3 on windows xp

ive installed an artanium UV+ .icm profile but the profile does not appear in my print profiles (so im not sure if ive installed correctly) is there a special way of doing this?
is there anothe icm profile other thann the UV+ one as we are using artanium standard ink

all the light grey colours are coming out very pink and flesh tones are appalling

can anyone help?

I have in install guide if you would like to email me. It is typically pretty simple with XP and a bit more akward, at least for me, with Vista.
