Help. I'm lookin gfor 15oz navy blue mugs for sub, with yellow ink that is microwaveable safe. Thanks

you can't sub to that dark of color best bet use navy blue background with yellow print on your paper

I've subed to a navy color changing mug before. I'm just looking for the mug that doesn't change colors

If it doesn't change colors, your design won't show.
With color changing mug, the design shows when the color fades.
Besides I don't think there is such thing as navy blue sub mug, or any other dark color for that matters.
