You may need to replace the chip. call the company that you bought the system from. I have a chip resetter I bought at Fry's (Large electronic store)for $10. Lou

It was very simple to do,
I went through the same thing "INKS NOT RECOGNIZED"
First you want to put the printer in change ink mode.Once you put it in that set up mode than press the white reset button once for two seconds then release then repeat again for two seconds and release. After that all you do is press the button on the printer for the final replacement as you would if you changed the original carts, it re-charges and the ink levels go back to full.
This is what worked for me, let me know.

Jim is right on with this. The only other thing I have done was turn the machine off for a minute after the process he describes, and thats only happend 2 or 3 times . Keep us posted!

ok, my support rep called yesterday, she also told me to press the reset button.. still did not work. I will definatley try doing it two times as described. In the interim, i chose to order a new bulk cartridge w/lines and had it overnighted... I've got an order that has to be completed by this weekend. Thank you for all of your help and advise!
