1. Is this the right ink to print on the tshirts and mugs?
Well the question is, is this sublimation ink in your CISS. There is Sublimation ink, Dye, Pigment Inks. There is no such thing as CISS Ink, on ink that you fill a CISS Ink with.

2.Is this the right paper to print on the tshirts and mugs?
As long as it is sublimation paper, never tried the brand you mentioned so I really don't know.

3. What is the difference between CISS ink and the sublimation ink?
Well..CISS is an ink system not an ink. As I mentioned, there is Sublimation ink of which you have a few choices, Sawgrass Artanium is the main one.
CISS = Continuous Ink Supply System if I am not mistaken, it is the actuall system you attach to your printer in order to use ink in bulk.
So it is NOT an ink at all.
Sublimation ink is a special ink used to dye substrates with using heat and pressure.

4. Would they print on light and/or dark tshirts?
Sublimation is done on light color shirts and must be polyester. You can use blends but the less polyester involved the more stressed look you will have.
You can do dark shirts but you must have an opaque backing in order for the color to show up. For sublimation, there is really not a decent opaque solution. When I do dark shirts I use pigment inks.

5. Would they print on mugs?
Yes, you can sublimate mugs, as well as a multitude of other substrates. You must have specially coated mugs in order for them to take the sublimation ink. You can't just buy a mug and sublimate it. The mug must have the polymer coating on it. There are several mugs available. I sell them a lot at my shop.
Hope that helps. I don't mean to sound rude, but you probably should have done more research before you bought your equipment. I think your ink may not be sublimation ink, but don't hold me to that because I haven't checked it out. As long as it says sublimation ink your good.
